In this role, you will play a critical part in keeping our manufacturing operations running smoothly-balancing customer demand, production capacity, and material availability to ensure on-time delivery and operational efficiency. Veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.\nWhat You'll Do:\nStrategically schedule and coordinate shop floor operations across multiple departments to ensure smooth and efficient production.\nOversee and maintain accurate Bills of Materials, manufacturing routers, and detailed cost data within our DDS system.\nCollaborate closely with the planning team to quickly respond to client inquiries and process new orders.\nPartner cross-functionally with Engineering, Planning, and Customer Service to develop, evaluate and accurately cost new parts for client quotes.\nDevelop, maintain, and adjust production schedules based on customer orders, forecasts, and operational priorities.\nCoordinate with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to align schedules with capacity and demand.\nMonitor production progress and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts or constraints.\nCreate and maintain factory orders, routings, and production documentation.\nAnalyze material availability and inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted production.\nPrepare and issue purchase orders to domestic and international vendors, ensuring timely acknowledgment.\nMaintain vendor pricing and support supply chain accuracy.\nUtilize scheduling and ERP systems to track timelines, status, and performance metrics.\nPrepare production and scheduling reports for management review.\nProvide back-up support to front desk operations as needed (including phone and visitor reception).\nWhat We're Looking For:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent is required.\nA proven background in manufacturing, production planning, customer service or a similar dynamic environment.\nStrong computer skills with solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365.
