Overview\nWe are looking for an experienced Piping Field Engineer to support an FLNG project during the construction, commissioning, and related engineering activities at the yard.\nThe successful candidate will coordinate with engineering contractors and construction teams, review technical documentation, and provide field engineering support to ensure that piping activities are executed in accordance with project requirements, specifications, and applicable standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nReview and coordinate piping engineering documentation and technical deliverables.\n\nCoordinate with Engineering Contractors regarding piping design, technical queries, and field requirements.\n\nReview and interpret P&IDs, Piping Material Specifications, Valve Specifications, and piping isometrics.\n\nReview piping arrangements against the 3D model and identify discrepancies or required modifications.\n\nProvide engineering support during construction and commissioning activities at the yard.\n\nCoordinate with piping, construction, commissioning, and other engineering disciplines to resolve technical issues.\n\nFollow up on field modifications and ensure that relevant engineering documentation is properly updated.\n\nSupport the resolution of technical queries, site issues, and design inconsistencies.\n\nParticipate in inspections, walkdowns, and technical meetings as required.\n\nEnsure compliance with project specifications, applicable codes, and engineering standards.\n\nCoordinate with piping stress engineers and other specialists when required.\n\nSupport commissioning and start-up activities related to piping systems.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Piping Engineering, or a related discipline.\n\nMinimum 5 years of relevant engineering experience.\n\nPrevious experience on a major offshore, FPSO, FLNG, LNG, or equivalent project.\n\nExperience working during construction at a yard through commissioning activities.\n\nStrong ability to read and understand:\nP&IDs\n\nPiping Material Specifications\n\nValve Specifications\n\nPiping Isometrics\n\n3D piping models\n\nExperience coordinating with Engineering Contractors and multidisciplinary teams.\n\nGood understanding of piping engineering and field construction activities.\n\nAbility to work effectively in a project/yard environment.\n\nPreferred Experience\nPrevious experience coordinating with piping stress engineering teams.\n\nKnowledge of special piping supports and their engineering requirements.\n\nExperience on FPSO/FLNG or similar offshore projects is highly desirable.\n\nAvailability\nCandidates who are available to join at short notice are preferred.\n\nCandidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.\n\nWillingness to work at the project yard and support construction and commissioning activities is
