End-to-End PS Performance Management\nMonitor, analyze, and optimize performance KPIs of SGSN, GGSN/PGW, MME, SGW, PCRF, HSS/UDM, DNS/UPF, IP backbone interactions.\n\nEvaluate critical KPIs: Attach/TAU/RAU success, Bearer success, PDP/PDN setup, throughput (DL/UL), IP latency, mobility performance, DNS resolution, session stability, VoLTE anchoring via EPC, QoS enforcement, etc.\n\nPerform correlation analysis between PS Core – Transport – Radio to identify real root causes.\n\nB. Optimization & Predictive Analytics\nCreate advanced analytical models to predict congestion, degradation, or failures based on trends, or anomaly detection.\n\nAdvice parameters at MME/SGW/PGW, PCRF policy rules, DNS timeouts, bearer QoS profiles, APN behaviors, and IP routing policies.\n\nC. Capacity Engineering & Traffic Modelling\nPerform advanced capacity forecasting using statistical models or ML.\n\nEvaluate trends on CPU load, memory, interface utilization, GTP tunnel count, SGW/PGW sessions, APN congestion, DNS capacity.\n\nProvide dimensioning rules and mid/long-term requirements for EPC/5GC expansions.\n\nEvaluate transport/IP/MPLS interaction and ensure end-to-end latency compliance.\n\nD. PS Core Quality Programs & Governance\n\nLead end-to-end Quality of Experience (QoE) assessments for mobile data, VoLTE over EPC, and IMS-related traffic.\n\nBenchmark performance against competitors and international standards.\n\nDefine performance thresholds, methodology, and measurement procedures for all PS KPI/KQI.\n\nContribute to regulatory KPIs and ensure compliance.\n\nE. Tooling, Automation\nDevelop or improve performance dashboards based on probes, DPI, analytics platforms, OSS, counters, and events.\n\nBuild automation scripts (Python, SQL, API integrations) to accelerate analysis and reporting.\n\nCompétences requises :\nA. Technical Knowledge\nDeep mastery of PS Core nodes and protocols:\nSGSN, GGSN/PGW, SGW, MME, PCRF/PCF, DNS, HSS/UDM, UPF, SCEF, AMF/SMF (if involved)\n\nFull understanding of protocols:\nGTP-C/U, PFCP, Diameter (S6a, Gx, Gy), Radius, TCP/UDP/IP, SCTP, S1-AP, HTTP/2 for 5G SBA\n\nStrong experience with:\nEPC/5GC end-to-end call flows\n\nQoS profiles (QCI/5QI, ARP, GBR/Non-GBR)\n\nIP/MPLS interactions and latency modeling\n\nVoLTE anchoring through EPC\n\nB.
