This role partners closely with Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Sales teams to improve operational efficiency, apply approved AI-enabled tools and automation to streamline workflows, and provide actionable insights that support business growth. Reporting to the Manager, Marketing Operations, this role delivers operational excellence and consistent, scalable marketing execution.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO:\nManage and optimize lead processing, scoring, routing, and lifecycle workflows within established operational frameworks to ensure accurate data, timely follow-up, and effective handoff to Sales. \nPartner with Marketing and Revenue Operations stakeholders to improve day-to-day processes that increase funnel efficiency and conversion performance. \nDiagnose and resolve routine lead flow, routing, and data quality issues, and escalate complex or recurring issues that require architectural or system-level resolution. \nBuild, execute, and optimize marketing automation programs supporting demand generation, customer marketing, lead nurturing, and campaign execution. \nApply established automation patterns, templates, and standards to reduce manual effort and improve consistency across campaigns. \nRecommend refinements to existing workflows and standards based on hands-on execution experience. \nApply approved AI-enabled tools and prompt libraries to improve reporting, campaign production, audience management, documentation, and quality assurance. \nOperate within established AI governance practices and surface new use cases where AI could improve productivity or process efficiency. \nDevelop, maintain, and analyze dashboards and reports that measure marketing performance, lead management effectiveness, campaign outcomes, and operational KPIs. \nDeliver actionable recommendations that support continuous improvement across marketing programs and operational processes. \nPartner with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success stakeholders to align operational processes, improve communication, and support business objectives. \nServe as a day-to-day resource for marketing operations best practices and process improvement requests. \nFollow and reinforce established marketing operations standards, data governance practices, naming conventions, and process documentation. \nShare practices, tools, and working knowledge with Marketing peers and stakeholders to support consistent execution across the team. \nContribute to standards documentation and participate in operational or architecture reviews led by senior team members. \n YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:\nBachelor’s degree\n5+ years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation operations, revenue operations, or a related marketing function. \nWorking knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot, or comparable enterprise marketing automation platforms. \nWorking knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or a comparable business intelligence platform. \nFamiliarity with B2B SaaS marketing operations, including lead lifecycle stages, funnel terminology, and sales handoff practices. \nFamiliarity with data privacy and consent requirements as they apply to marketing communications and contact data. \nIT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU:\nExperience supporting a healthcare, education, or other regulated B2B SaaS marketing organization. \nFamiliarity with multi-touch attribution models and analytics tooling. \nWorking knowledge of SQL or comparable query methods. \nRelevant platform certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Marketo Certified Expert, or Pardot Specialist. \n Relias is an Equal Opportunity Employer and a Drug-Free workplace.
