You ensure daily operational KPIs are achieved while continuously developing your team and driving operational excellence. You report directly to the Warehouse Manager.\nYour responsibilities include:\nLeading, motivating, and developing your operational team;\nMonitoring and steering daily KPIs related to productivity, quality, and planning;\nLeading daily stand-up meetings and coordinating workforce planning with the Workforce Planning team;\nIdentifying and implementing process improvements;\nCoaching team members and supporting their professional development;\nWorking in an international and diverse environment where automation, data, and system-driven operations are at the heart of the business.\nYou will work in a two-shift operation with early and late weekday shifts.
