In our quest to build a better financial world, one of our key goals is to create an ecosystem-linked financial services business.\nDKatalis is built and backed by experienced and successful entrepreneurs, bankers, and investors in Singapore and Indonesia who have more than 30 years of financial domain experience and are from top-tier schools like Stanford, Cambridge, London Business School, and JNU. Our leadership brings a wealth of experience building financial services and banking solutions from organizations such as Bank BTPN, Danamon, Citibank, McKinsey & Co, Northstar, Farallon Capital, Standard Chartered, and HSBC.\nAbout the Role\nAs a Product Manager, you are expected to deliver world-class products that solve real-world consumer problems. We are looking for a self-starter who naturally owns their outcomes and drives them forward.\nThis role requires the strategic chops to set product direction and own the roadmap, balanced with the willingness to get your hands dirty, execute with excellence, and mentor more junior members of the team. You will collaborate deeply with technology, design, and cross-functional business squads, while navigating senior stakeholder relationships with ease.\nWhat you will do:\nStrategy & Roadmap Ownership: Use your strategic acumen to set the product direction, define the product roadmap, and align cross-functional stakeholders on prioritization.\nEnd-to-End Delivery: Own and scale digital products through their entire lifecycle-from initial inception and design thinking to launch, post-launch integration, and continuous optimization.\nBacklog & Execution: Create, refine, and ruthlessly prioritize the product backlog based on customer value, data insights, and overall business strategy.\nStakeholder & Leadership Management: Navigate complex internal and external environments. Manage relationships with senior leaders and external partners effectively, ensuring clear communication regarding joint roadmaps, requirements, and expectations.\nTeam Mentorship: Act as a collaborative team player, supporting and mentoring junior product managers to foster a high-performing product culture.\nData-Driven Optimization: Let data guide your decisions. Actively track product performance post-launch, leveraging analytics to drive continuous improvement, maintenance, or retirement of features.\nAI Innovation: Bring a natural curiosity about AI into your daily work, actively experimenting with how to leverage AI tools to optimize your workflow and add value across the wider business.\nWhat you need to have:\nBackground: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A consulting background coupled with banking or fintech domain expertise is highly preferred.\nExperience: 5-10 years of product management experience with a proven track record of building and scaling digital products end-to-end.\nMindset: A strong self-starter mindset with a natural pull toward data and an instinct to let metrics guide your decision-making.\nLeadership Presence: Strong stakeholder management skills with the professional presence to work effectively alongside senior executive leaders.\nCollaboration & Culture: The collaborative wiring of a true team player, with a passion for cultivating talent and helping others grow.\nInnovation: Genuine curiosity about emerging technologies and AI, with a habit of hands-on experimentation.\n Core PM Skills: Deep familiarity with Agile methodologies, excellent prioritization frameworks, sharp attention to detail, and top-tier organizational skills.","description_format":"text","description_chars":3652,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":5,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":{"level":"bachelor","optional":false},"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Financial Software & Embedded Finance","Custom Software Development"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-16T16:36:44Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":28,"band":"fade","label":"Fading","p_open":1,"p_active":0.615,"p_room":0.45,"age_days":49,"expected_fill_days":29,"reasons":["conf:0","win:tail"],"computed_at":"2026-11-05T05:54:30Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/dkatalis-product-manager","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/dkatalis-product-manager.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-11-05T12:45:51Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":16461,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-11-06T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":720029},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=720029"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Fdkatalis-product-manager"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Fdkatalis-product-manager"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Fdkatalis-product-manager"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/dkatalis-product-manager\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Fdkatalis-product-manager"}],"agent":{"mcp":"https://alion.io/mcp/jobs","mcp_open":"https://alion.io/mcp/open","next":[{"tool":"get_job","arguments":{"id":969088}},{"tool":"search_jobs","arguments":{"company":"dkatalis.com","detail":"compact"}},{"tool":"match_people","arguments":{"job_id":969088},"note":"people open to offers who fit this vacancy"}],"note":"The same data through MCP tools: https://alion.io/mcp/open needs no sign-in (compact searches, postings, people); https://alion.io/mcp with an Alion account has everything.
