Our mission is to simplify how engineers build, test, deploy, and operate software by providing reusable tools, platforms, and self-service capabilities that improve engineering productivity and software delivery. Beyond implementing tools, you'll influence engineering practices, explore new ideas, and build capabilities that create lasting improvements in developer productivity.\nRole and Responsibilities:\nDesign and build developer tools and platforms that simplify and accelerate the software development lifecycle.\nDevelop reusable CI/CD pipelines, application scaffolding, and engineering golden paths to standardize software delivery.\nBuild self-service capabilities through developer portals, service catalogs, and workflow automation.\nEnable observability through standardized instrumentation, dashboards, and alerting capabilities.\nLeverage AI capabilities to build intelligent automation, enhance developer tooling, and continuously improve software delivery.\nProactively identify engineering challenges, explore innovative solutions, and drive improvements that shape the future of developer experience.\nRequirements:\nStrong software engineering fundamentals with proven experience designing and building production-quality software. \nAbility to independently own engineering initiatives, from identifying problems and designing solutions to implementing systems and driving adoption.\nA forward-thinking mindset with the curiosity to explore emerging technologies, challenge existing approaches, and drive innovation.\nProficiency in at least one programming language such as Go, Kotlin, Python, or TypeScript.\nExperience with CI/CD, automation, and modern software development practices.\nFamiliarity with Kubernetes, containers, cloud-native technologies, and application observability.\nStrong problem-solving and technical decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and make pragmatic trade-offs.\nAbility to influence, collaborate, and drive improvements across engineering teams.\nPlus Point if You Have:\nExperience building internal developer platforms or working with tools such as Backstage.\nFamiliarity with Harness, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar CI/CD tools.\nExperience with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar observability technologies.\nExperience developing internal tools, CLIs, SDKs, or reusable
