Below are your areas of focus:\n\nGreat Design and Creativity\nCreate stunning, consistent designs that make banking simple and enjoyable for our users \nUse and improve our design systems to keep it looking cohesive \nBuild smooth user flows across apps and websites \nSpot and fix design issues, like errors or clashing features \nFollow existing design patterns and create new ones when needed, sharing them with the team\nResearch, Planning and Process\nUse data and smart planning to ensure our products meet user and business needs \nStart projects by identifying key user data to collect \nWork with research and data teams to study users, test ideas, and share insights \nHelp plan product features and goals with business and tech teams \nEnsure designs align with clear, measurable business objectives \nFollow and improve our design process, adapting steps for better results \nLeadership, Teaching and Teamwork\nYou lead by example, mentor designers, and work closely with business and tech teams to deliver great products \nClearly communicate complex ideas-whether in meetings or writing-while ensuring that discussions remain focused and productive \nTake ownership of
