members.\nWhat you need to have\nYou have at least 10+ years of professional experience in a similar role developing highly scalable applications.\nGood written and spoken English\nMastery of some abstract programming concepts and/or design patterns, and in some libraries or frameworks (OOP or FP) \nHands-on expertise in Java / Javascript or its derivatives (Typescript, NodeJS, Scala, Kotlin, Springboot, etc)\nHave hands on experience on either Flutter or React for front-end development framework.\nExperience with Lean/XP practices (TDD, Pair Programming, Continuous Integration/Delivery
