You'll have the freedom to take ownership of your work, make design decisions, and challenge existing approaches, while being part of a wider team that shares ideas, gives feedback, and supports each other.\n} } ; \n{ your_responsibilities: [\nTake ownership of design work across two product teams, covering card onboarding, card management, and related services.\nDesign customer journeys for a new banking product, building on existing concepts and preparing designs for implementation.\nReview and build on existing designs and concepts, identify gaps and open questions, and move the work forward.\nDesign user flows, interactions, and interfaces, including different states, edge cases, and the details needed for implementation.\nApply accessibility standards and relevant legal requirements, including WCAG and BFSG, throughout the design process.\nIdentify opportunities to improve existing card experiences, using customer feedback, research, and data to propose and validate solutions with Product.\nManage priorities across both teams, communicate trade-offs, and raise dependencies or risks early.\nWork with Product, Engineering, Business, and Legal/Compliance to clarify requirements, question assumptions, and agree on solutions.\nPlan and facilitate workshops and design reviews when they help teams make decisions or resolve open questions.\nWork with other designers to maintain consistency across card products and services, and share what you learn along the way.\nKeep your Design Manager and the Berlin-based Design team informed about your work, share progress, seek feedback, and involve others early in important decisions.\n] } ;\n{ following_qualifications_would_be_in_line_with_our_desired_profile_for_this_position: [\n8+ years’ experience in Product Design, ideally working on complex digital products or mobile applications. Experience in banking, fintech, insurance, or other regulated industries is a plus.\nA portfolio that showshow you approach design problems, make decisions, work with others, and what your work has achieved.\nStrong UX/UI and interaction design skills, with experience designing end-to-end customer journeys and preparing designs for development.\nExperience designing accessible digital products in line with WCAG standards and applying accessibility requirements in your work.\nProficiency in Figma and experience working with design systems.\nAbility to work through unclear or changing requirements, manage priorities, and make design decisions independently.\nExperience working with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to develop and deliver solutions.\nGood communication and collaboration skills, including sharing work, asking for feedback, explaining decisions, and involving others when needed.\nProfessional working proficiency in English required; German is a plus!\nYou're passionate about your work, but also know how to enjoy your free time!\n] } ;\nHave the feeling you don’t matchevery single requirement?
