This role plays a pivotal part in DKSH's Sales function, overseeing multi-outlet operations and delivering sustainable growth through strong leadership and strategic execution.\nWhat You Will Deliver\nDrive sales-generating activities across assigned outlets to achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring accurate and timely sales collections are deposited into the company's account\nSupervise outlet Person in Charge (PIC) performance to ensure consistent compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational benchmarks\nMonitor and control outlet operating costs including expenses and labour costs, and conduct monthly cash audit checks to uphold financial accountability\nEnsure outlets consistently achieve strong OEA results through high operational and service standards\nOversee inventory management including stock count, ordering, usage, and wastage control within Key Performance Indicator (KPI) thresholds\nLead outlet recruitment, staff placement, and manpower planning to meet operational demands across regular and peak periods\nMonitor outlet attrition rates and ensure full compliance with labour laws in all Human Resources (HR) matters\nEnsure all products are prepared in accordance with SOPs and that outlets comply with hygiene and food safety standards at all times\nPlan and facilitate training programmes and service improvement activities to achieve and sustain customer service standards\nAddress and resolve customer complaints through timely corrective action to prevent recurrence and protect brand reputation\nDrive the execution of advertising and promotional activities and report progress and effectiveness to management\nCascade operations KPIs to outlet PICs and team members through structured goal setting, tracking, and performance review processes\nLead and develop team members in Retail and Outlet Operations, aligned with DKSH behavioral standards and a culture of continuous learning\nAdministrative duties and coordination tasks as required, including new outlet set-up support, promotional counter activation, and outlet maintenance and pest control oversight\nWhat You Bring\nMinimum Diploma or Degree in Business or a related discipline, or an equivalent qualification\nMinimum 2 years of working experience as an Area Manager in the F&B retail chain industry\nExcellent interpersonal skills with strong analytical capabilities\nStrong written and verbal communication and presentation skills with demonstrated fluency in English\nSelf-motivated with a results-oriented approach and the ability to lead teams and deliver targets in a dynamic environment\nSound knowledge and understanding of the industry, market, and customer landscape\nWillingness and ability to travel as required\nWhy Join DKSH\nAt DKSH, we help companies grow in Asia and enable people to perform at their best.
