This role plays a key part in enabling smooth product launches and supply continuity across the Sourcing & Inventory Management function.\nWhat You Will Deliver\nSupport end-to-end sourcing activities including Request for Quotation (RFQ) preparation, quotation analysis, and supplier negotiation to secure optimal commercial outcomes\nCoordinate purchase orders and support supplier management to ensure timely and accurate supply of goods\nAssist in the coordination of New Product Development (NPD) and Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) launches, ensuring smooth execution from sourcing through to availability\nMaintain accurate inventory records and support inventory management activities to uphold stock accuracy and availability\nMonitor and update data in SAP and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to support operational visibility and reporting\nPrepare and maintain sourcing and procurement documentation in accordance with company procedures\nDemonstrate ownership and accountability in managing assigned tasks independently, escalating issues appropriately when required\nAdministrative duties and coordination tasks as required\nWhat You Bring\n\nDiploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Business Management, or a relevant discipline\nFresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1 to 2 years of experience in sourcing, inventory management, supply chain, or a related function is an added advantage\nExperience in a food, FMCG, retailing, or manufacturing environment is preferred\nKnowledge of sourcing and inventory management processes including RFQ, quotation analysis, vendor management, and purchase order coordination\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP or equivalent ERP systems\nStrong commercial sense with good negotiation and influencing skills\nExcellent communication skills with a strong ability to follow through on commitments\nProactive, adaptable, and resilient with the ability to manage changing priorities and deliver effectively under pressure\nCollaborative mindset with sound judgement and a genuine willingness to learn\n\nWhy Join DKSH\n At DKSH, we help companies grow in Asia and enable people to perform at their best.
