Assistant Manager Product Management

About the Role

The Assistant Manager, Product Management is responsible for executing marketing plans and driving brand growth within DKSH's Healthcare business. This role contributes to business performance through strategic brand planning, budget management, market analysis, and cross-functional coordination to achieve sales and marketing objectives.

What You Will Deliver

• Develop and prepare brand strategies, business proposals, promotional campaigns, and tactical plans within marketing budgets to achieve sales and marketing goals
• Execute and manage promotional plans in line with approved activities and timelines
• Monitor and control brand budgets, forecasts, and expenses to ensure efficient and responsible use of resources
• Analyze market trend data aligned to agreed tactical plans to support and sustain brand growth
• Identify market insights and opportunities through customer interactions, adapting marketing activities based on feedback to maximize impact
• Monitor product performance and the external market environment, taking corrective action where required to meet business objectives
• Coordinate and communicate across all internal departments including Logistics, Regulatory, and Medical teams to drive the success of brand initiatives
• Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required

What You Bring

• Degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Economics, Business, Pharmacy, Science, or a related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of sales and marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in the diabetes, cardiometabolic therapeutic areas preferred
• Strong understanding of clients' industry, business, and products
• Strong client management and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and planning capabilities
