We employ over 26,800 specialists and produced net sales of CHF 11.1 billion in 2025.\nGeneral Responsibilities\nLead and supervise a team across material management, shipping, and customs clearance functions.\nMonitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure achievement of operational KPIs.\nOversee daily material management and shipping operations to ensure smooth execution.\nEnsure accuracy and compliance of inventory transactions and SAP data maintained by the team.\nAct as the key liaison with Quality Assurance to ensure adherence to healthcare industry standards and regulatory requirements.\nManage and evaluate logistics and supply chain vendors, driving service excellence and continuous improvement.\nCoordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues and support business needs.\nIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, compliance, and service quality.\nJob Requirements\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.\n5 years or above experience in supply chain, logistics, material management, or inventory management.\nExperience in a healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, or other regulated environment.\nProven experience in team leadership, performance management, and people development.\nFamiliarity with QA requirements, GDP/GMP standards, and vendor management.\nStrong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.\nSee What You Can Do!\nAt DKSH, we offer you breadth that accelerates growth, trust that lets you lead, and purpose that connects your work to the things people depend on every day.
