In this role, you will combine nutritional knowledge with sales expertise to build HCP confidence in dedicated products and maximize territory performance.\nWhat You Will Deliver\nContribute to the short-term and long-term growth of dedicated products within the assigned territory by raising awareness and building advocacy among Health Care Professionals (HCPs).\nGain new business and grow existing business through a multichannel customer engagement strategy that builds HCP confidence in and loyalty to dedicated products\nIncrease brand relevance and usage in healthcare institutions by sharing up-to-date nutrition information and product knowledge\nConduct product demonstrations and effectively communicate saleable features and customer benefits to drive meaningful HCP engagement.\nExpand HCPs' knowledge of nutritional interventions and the measurable benefits of dedicated products, managing objections and securing clear commitment to product recommendations and brand-building activities\nMonitor daily sales performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales plans, reviewing daily activities to ensure overall business growth targets are met\nDrive new active outlet development to expand market presence across the assigned territory\nManage day-to-day operating expenditures against budgets to ensure efficient and effective use of resources\nCall and visit existing and prospective customers to solicit orders, secure demonstrations, and develop quotation opportunities\nExecute continuous improvement activities across sales processes, tracking, and customer satisfaction to improve sales performance and strengthen relationship management\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely product delivery and support relationship development with key customersAdministrative duties and coordination tasks as required\nWhat You Bring\nBachelor's degree in a Medical-related discipline, Nursing, or Pharmacy is an advantage; candidates from related fields are equally welcome to apply\nFresh graduates are welcomed\nKnowledge of nutrition science is an advantage\nPersuasive selling and negotiation skills with a proven ability to influence and gain commitment from stakeholders\nStrong Health Care Professional (HCP) management and engagement skills\nClear and confident communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to diverse stakeholders\nStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and sustain productive professional relationships\nBasic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint\nWhy Join DKSH\nAt DKSH, we help companies grow in Asia and enable people to perform at their best.
