This position focuses on handling routine inquiries, processing orders, and providing timely assistance to customers in the scientific community.\nWhat You Will Deliver\nHandle routine customer inquiries and assist in resolving issues promptly and professionally\nMaintain accurate records of service activities and share updates with the team as needed\nAssist in implementing new procedures under guidance to improve efficiency\nSupport basic use of SAP and Salesforce for order processing and data entry\nHelp coordinate complaint documentation with Regulatory Affairs for compliance\nProvide administrative support to Product Management and Finance teams for pricing updates and accuracy\nEnter orders and invoices accurately to support revenue and margin goals\nFlag any issues or opportunities for improving service processes to the team\nAssist in coordinating customer interactions and maintaining accurate records\nSupport alignment of procurement platforms with internal systems by addressing basic discrepancies\nWhat You Bring\nPrevious experience in customer service support; experience in scientific or technical environments is an advantage but not essential\nSAP experience\nStrong communication skills and a customer-focused approach\nBasic familiarity with ERP or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce); willingness to learn\nAbility to work collaboratively within a team and follow established processes\nDetail-oriented with a willingness to learn and contribute to process improvements\nWhy Join DKSH\nDKSH is proud to be an inclusive workplace that values diversity.
