This role plays a vital part in optimizing data quality and enabling competitive tendering outcomes across the organization.\nWhat You Will Deliver\nStandardize, review, and ensure the accuracy of tender invitation and award data to support reliable business analysis\nIdentify and resolve data entry errors, and develop keyword libraries to address recurring input issues and improve data extraction precision\nCollect, process, and update tendering data in a timely manner to meet requirements from internal stakeholders and the Analytics and Intelligence Solutions (AIS) team\nClassify and standardize data according to key criteria including Molecule, Product Name, Anatomical Therapeutic Chemical (ATC) classification, and Manufacturer\nConsolidate and validate data accuracy prior to internal and external distribution\nVerify consistency between tender invitation quantities and awarded quantities to strengthen the accuracy of competitive tender submissions\nBuild and maintain tracking systems using Structured Query Language (SQL) to monitor data update progress and manage processing request statuses\nAutomate data processing workflows to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency, including monthly updates to master data\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data verification and standardization methods\nAdministrative duties and coordination tasks as required\nWhat You Bring\nBachelor's or Associate's degree in Economics, Pharmacy, Information Systems, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field\nFresh graduates are welcome; up to 1 year of experience in Data Analysis, Reporting, Data Operations, Master Data management, or an equivalent data processing role is an advantage\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel\nStrong logical thinking with a meticulous approach and keen attention to detail\nAbility to manage and process large volumes of data with a high degree of accuracy\nProactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn and develop\nWhy Join DKSH\nAt DKSH, we help companies grow in Asia and enable people to perform at their best.
