General Responsibilities
- Perform inventory management activities and maintain accurate inventory records in SAP.
- Process system transactions, including goods receipt and inventory location updates.
- Handle inbound and outbound order processing for assigned customer account.
- Prepare and communicate operational documents, such as packing lists, to the warehouse team for execution.
- Monitor daily operational activities and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.
- Prepare daily inventory reports and follow up on inventory discrepancies or operational issues.
- Support the Team Manager in coordinating daily workflows, maintaining service standards, and ensuring operational procedures are consistently followed.
Job Requirements
- Secondary education or above.
- Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, supply chain, customer service, or other related fields is preferred.
- Basic computer skills; SAP or ERP experience is an advantage.
- Able to communicate in simple English, both written and spoken.
- Detail-oriented with a good numerical sense and attention to accuracy.
- Able to identify and follow up on inventory discrepancies and operational issues.
- Comfortable handling routine and repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Responsible, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- A team player with the ability to support daily operational coordination.
