We employ over 26,800 specialists and produced net sales of CHF 11.1 billion in 2025.\nGeneral Responsibilities\nPerform inventory management activities and maintain accurate inventory records in SAP.\nProcess system transactions, including goods receipt and inventory location updates.\nHandle inbound and outbound order processing for assigned customer account.\nPrepare and communicate operational documents, such as packing lists, to the warehouse team for execution.\nMonitor daily operational activities and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.\nPrepare daily inventory reports and follow up on inventory discrepancies or operational issues.\nSupport the Team Manager in coordinating daily workflows, maintaining service standards, and ensuring operational procedures are consistently followed.\nJob Requirements\nSecondary education or above.\nExperience in logistics, warehouse operations, supply chain, customer service, or other related fields is preferred.\nBasic computer skills; SAP or ERP experience is an advantage.\nAble to communicate in simple English, both written and spoken.\nDetail-oriented with a good numerical sense and attention to accuracy.\nAble to identify and follow up on inventory discrepancies and operational issues.\nComfortable handling routine and repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.\nResponsible, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.\nGood coordination and communication skills.\nA team player with the ability to support daily operational coordination.\nSee What You Can Do!\nAt DKSH, we offer you breadth that accelerates growth, trust that lets you lead, and purpose that connects your work to the things people depend on every day.
