Your hands-on expertise and customer-focused approach directly strengthen DKSH's after-sales service capability and deepen long-term client partnerships.\nWhat You Will Deliver\nGeneral responsibilities:\nGuide customers and provide technical consultancy and assistance regarding installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of control systems and equipment.\nPerform on-site technical service activities to ensure optimal equipment performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction.\nPrepare progress reports, service reports, and timesheets accurately and on time for each assignment.\nWork closely with Sales and other departments to promote technical solutions and support customer requirements.\nBuild and maintain strong professional working relationships with customers and act as a trusted technical partner.\nSupport the achievement of annual service targets and contribute to business growth through quality service delivery.\nProvide technical guidance and training to customers when required.\nPerform administrative duties and other tasks assigned by the Sales Supervisor and Service Leader.\nLeadership responsibilities:\nDemonstrate ownership and accountability for service quality, customer satisfaction, and assigned targets.\nCollaborate effectively with sales and cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.\nMaintain professional and ethical conduct in all customer interactions while representing the company.\nApply strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities to resolve customer issues effectively.\nRepresent DKSH values in all customer and supplier interactions, upholding ethical, professional, and compliant conduct at all time.\nWhat You Bring\nFunctional skills and knowledge:\nStrong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and follow-up skills.\nGood understanding of industrial equipment, control systems, and technical service processes.\nExperience in SMT, dispensing machines, semiconductor equipment, or process industry applications is an advantage.\nFamiliarity with equipment such as handling systems, printers, mounters, reflow ovens, plasma machines, X-ray machines, precision dispensing systems, and Robot XYZ programming is preferred.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.\nGood command of English, both written and spoken. Japanese, Korean, or Chinese language capability is an advantage\nEducation:\nDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical disciplines.\nElectronics and Electrical Engineering background is preferred.\nWork experience:\nMinimum 3 years of experience in technical service, field service engineering, equipment maintenance, or related engineering roles.\nExperience in SMT, dispensing machines, semiconductor equipment, or process industries is highly desirable.\nProven experience in installation, commissioning, maintenance, and customer support for industrial equipment is preferred.\nWhy Join DKSH\nAt DKSH, we help companies grow in Asia and enable people to perform at their best.
