This role directly supports financial risk containment and data transparency across DKSH's Singapore operations.\nWhat You Will Deliver\nOwn end-to-end A&P U-aging monitoring and clearance, including data extraction, validation, analysis, reporting, and structured follow-up with Business Units (BU) and relevant stakeholders.\nProactively follow up on overdue A&P balances, dispute cases, credit notes, and refunds to ensure timely resolution and clear audit trails.\nInvestigate and resolve incorrect postings and reverse entries, including Exceedra-related mismatches, in close coordination with BU, Claims, General Ledger (GL), and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) teams.\nTrack and manage main Accounts Receivable (AR) account parking items, validate deduction details, and drive full clearance in partnership with BPO teams or customers.\nCoordinate with BU and Finance stakeholders on Profit and Loss (P&L) charge proposals for long-aged or non-recoverable A&P items, supported by documented analysis and evidence.\nMonitor daily Exceedra Success and Error reports, raise and manage system tickets, and follow through until root cause resolution is achieved.\nIssue Credit Notes for approved A&P invoices based on validated BU or customer submissions, ensuring accuracy and full system alignment.\nMaintain and update A&P trackers, matrices, and control logs to uphold data integrity, version control, and operational transparency.\nDrive continuous process improvement through simplification, standardisation, and enhanced use of automation and system capabilities.\nSupport audits, internal reviews, and management reporting by delivering clear, defensible, and well-documented A&P positions.\n(Senior Executive) Serve as a subject-matter reference point for A&P clearing, U-aging logic, and Exceedra processing, guiding and supporting junior team members in issue analysis and stakeholder communication.\n(Senior Executive) Review team work outputs for accuracy, completeness, and control compliance, and support the Credit Control Manager in process reviews, control enhancements, and change initiatives.\nAdministrative duties and coordination tasks as required.\nWhat You Bring\nMinimum Diploma or GCE 'A' Level in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.\nExecutive: Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable, collections, credit control, or related finance operations.\nSenior Executive: Minimum 3 years of relevant AR and credit control experience, with demonstrated experience in guiding, reviewing, or coordinating the work of others.\nProficient in Microsoft Excel and Office tools, with the ability to manage large data sets, trackers, and reconciliations effectively.\nWorking knowledge of SAP AR modules; experience with Exceedra or similar A&P systems is a strong advantage.\nSound understanding of AR ageing, deductions, A&P mechanics, and clearing logic.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capability, with attention to detail and a root-cause approach to issue resolution.\nClear and structured communicator, able to engage BU, Finance, BPO, and system teams with professionalism.\nProficient in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Mandarin is preferred given stakeholder and customer interaction requirements.\nDemonstrates an ownership mindset, with the ability to adapt to process changes, remain calm under pressure, and deliver consistently in a control-driven environment.\nWhy Join DKSH\nAt DKSH, we help companies grow in Asia and enable people to perform at their best.
