This role is central to driving cross-functional alignment, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement across client portfolios.\nWhat You Will Deliver\nEnsure smooth daily operations and fulfillment of client requirements in line with agreed service levels for agencies within assigned portfolios\nServe as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and agencies on operational matters, building and maintaining strong, productive relationships with internal stakeholders and client teams\nCoordinate co-packing activities and monitor Point-of-Sale (POS) material inventory in collaboration with Product Management and client teams\nCoordinate with the Inventory Planning team to raise Purchase Orders accurately and on time\nManage monthly branch Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) and ensure timely and compliant execution\nWork closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and other departments to align operational activities and ensure business objectives are consistently met\nCoordinate material master updates, pricing, product hierarchy, and labeling documentation across relevant functions\nTrack operational performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements, and prepare reports for client meetings including Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) reviews\nIdentify operational bottlenecks, recommend targeted improvements, and drive efficiency and automation initiatives where applicable\nEnsure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements across all operational activities\nAssist in the execution of cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives assigned by management\nAdministrative duties and coordination tasks as required \nWhat You Bring\nDegree in Business Administration, Management, Science, or an equivalent qualification\n2 to 5 years of experience in business operations or client management; fresh graduates with a strong interest in business operations are encouraged to apply\nExperience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments is preferred\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a solid understanding of operational and financial metrics\nExcellent organizational and multitasking skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to work independently\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; proficiency in Power BI is an advantage\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills\nProactive and solution-oriented mindset with strong business acumen and a continuous improvement orientation\nAbility to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines with consistency \nWhy Join DKSH\nAt DKSH, we help companies grow in Asia and enable people to perform at their best.
