You contribute directly to timely and accurate month-end financial close processes that enable confident business decision-making across the organization.\nWhat You Will Deliver\nEnsure timely and accurate execution of all General Ledger (GL) entries and monthly closing activities, maintaining the integrity of financial records.\nOwn the end-to-end intercompany accounting process, including monthly Service Level Agreement (SLA) charges and intercompany expense recharges, while reconciling Intercompany Balance Sheet (IC BS) and Intercompany Profit and Loss (IC PL) differences with counterparts within agreed timelines.\nPost bank entries accurately and deliver timely month-end bank reconciliation to support financial completeness and control.\nPrepare comprehensive balance sheet analysis and reconciliation, enabling sound financial oversight and reporting accuracy.\nManage the fixed asset ledger and asset accounting to ensure proper recording, tracking, and reporting of the organization's asset base.\nReview Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt (GRIR) items and drive timely clearance by proactively liaising with stakeholders to resolve outstanding items.\nCollaborate closely with Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Treasury, and country Finance teams to support seamless month-end closing activities.\nContinuously identify and surface process improvement opportunities that enhance the efficiency and quality of the General Ledger Accounting function.\nContribute to GL-related migration and transformation projects, supporting the organization's continuous improvement agenda.\nAdministrative duties and coordination tasks as required.\nWhat You Bring\nDegree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.\n1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role, with exposure to auditing, General Ledger accounting, and Record to Report (R2R) processes.\nFoundational knowledge and practical application of local and international accounting standards, principles, and practices.\nStrong research and analytical capabilities that enable accurate financial analysis and effective problem resolution.\nWhy Join DKSH\nAt DKSH, we help companies grow in Asia and enable people to perform at their best.
