This role is responsible for billing operations, accounts receivable management, financial reconciliation, and reporting activities while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent support to both internal and external stakeholders.\nWhat You Will Deliver\nPrepare and verify supporting documents for billing and expense charging.\nIssue Statements of Expenditures (SE), Line Accounts (L/A), and other billing documents accurately and on time.\nMonitor billing transactions to ensure compliance with client agreements and identify discrepancies.\nPrepare payment details and coordinate with the Collection team to process Accounts Receivable (AR) clearing.\nFollow up on outstanding payments and overdue accounts to ensure timely collection.\nMonitor and reconcile Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), client margins, and related financial records, investigating and resolving discrepancies.\nReview expense reports, invoices, and payment documents to ensure accuracy and compliance before processing.\nPrepare monthly financial reports, budget reports, and financial analyses for management review.\nPresent financial reports and key findings to management when required.\nCoordinate with clients, Brand Managers, Collection teams, and other stakeholders to resolve billing and finance-related issues.\nEscalate overspent accounts, financial discrepancies, and potential risks to the supervisor.\nMaintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation to support internal controls and audit requirements.\nWhat You Bring\nBachelor's degree in Accounting\nAt least 3-5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Billing, Accounts Receivable, or related functions.\nStrong knowledge of billing processes, AR management, reconciliation, and financial reporting.\nProficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.\nGood understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work under deadlines.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nProactive, organized, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.\nGood command of written and spoken English.\nFamiliarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar accounting software.\nExperience coordinating with regional or multinational stakeholders is an advantage.\nBased in Thailand or available to work from Thailand\nBe legally authorized to work in Thailand without visa sponsorship\nWhy Join DKSH\nAt DKSH, See What You Can Do!
