Annual sales of over $120mil, rapidly expanding across AU and NZ retailers. The role offers broad exposure across commercial finance, business development, acquisitions and leadership, making it an ideal position for an experienced finance professional seeking a highly visible and impactful role.\nWhat You Will Deliver\nOwn the full value chain of the LBW business, including revenue, gross profit, EBIT, working capital, inventory and cash flow outcomes\nServe as the strategic finance lead, partnering with the sales, marketing, operational and leadership team to drive profitable growth, market share expansion and value creation\nLead analysis of key drivers focusing on Trade Spend, ROI, COGS analysis, inventory management and cash flow\nUnderstanding of sales channels and their rebate/discount/terms structure; drawing from prior working experience\nPresent financial insights and business performance outcomes to key clients and customers, supporting long-term strategic partnerships\nFinancial evaluation of major customer negotiations, client tenders, commercial investments, strategic partnerships and new business opportunities\nEnsure financial plans are aligned with strategic objectives and supported by data-driven, value added insights which are communicated succinctly.\nMonitor performance against plan, identify variances, and provide clear recommendations to all levels of Stakeholders\nComplete annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and financial planning processes.\nLead finance transformation initiatives including automation, Power BI reporting, advanced forecasting capability, and commercial analytics enhancement.\nCollaborate with global and regional finance teams to implement best practices and leverage synergies\nLeading improvement projects within the country finance teams and business units\nWorking closely with corporate BU controlling to improve the finance function with respect to the business partnering, strategy implementation\nWorking closely with NZ CG counterparts for monthly reporting, and project roll outs.\nWhat You Bring\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field\n7+ years' experience in commercial finance, business partnering or FP&A leadership roles within FMCG/Beauty, retail, distribution or other fast-paced customer-focused industries\nProven track record in business partnering and supporting commercial decision-making\nExperience in cross-functional collaboration and project delivery\nCA ANZ, CPA or equivalent professional qualification preferred\nHigh level of judgement and ability to operate under pressure\nStrong ownership and accountability mindset\nStructured, methodical approach to problem solving\nSelf-driven, proactive, and able to work autonomously\nDemonstrates integrity, professionalism, and resilience\nWhy Join DKSH\nAt DKSH, we help companies grow in Asia and enable people to perform at their best.
