HSSSE Management and Compliance\nImplement and maintain Health, Safety, Security, Sustainability, and Environmental programs and initiatives.\nMonitor HSSSE KPIs, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.\nEnsure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, permits, licenses, certifications, and reporting obligations.\nMaintain and update HSSSE policies, procedures, manuals, work instructions, and documented information.\nSupport audits, inspections, certifications, and customer compliance requirements.\nServe as liaison with government agencies including DOLE, DENR, EMB, BFP, PDEA, PNP, LGUs, and other regulatory bodies.\n2. Occupational Health and Safety\nImplement and oversee the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Program.\nConduct workplace inspections, hazard identification, risk assessments, and compliance audits.\nMonitor compliance with OSH standards and company safety requirements.\nCoordinate safety training, toolbox meetings, orientations, and awareness campaigns.\nManage PPE selection, procurement, issuance, monitoring, and inventory.\nSupport regulatory inspections and investigations related to safety and health.\nRecommend corrective and preventive actions to eliminate workplace hazards.\nCoordinate contractor and visitor compliance with safety requirements.\nImplement and sustain programs supporting occupational safety such as Behavior-Based Safety, mistake-proofing, and other related programs/projects.\n3. Environmental Management\nServe as Pollution Control Officer.\nMonitor compliance with environmental laws including air, water, waste, hazardous materials, and chemical management regulations.\nManage environmental permits, reports, monitoring programs, and regulatory submissions.\nOversee wastewater treatment, hazardous waste storage, solid waste management, and pollution control systems.\nConduct environmental inspections, audits, and environmental awareness activities.\nSupport sustainability compliance requirements.\n4. Incident and Emergency Management\nLead accident, incident, near-miss, security incident, and environmental event investigations.\nEnsure timely reporting, documentation, corrective actions, and closure of incidents.\nMaintain Crisis Management and Emergency Response procedures.\nCoordinate emergency drills, emergency preparedness activities, and Emergency Response Team programs.\nEscalate significant incidents to management and relevant emergency response structures.\n5. Security Management\nSupport implementation of site security programs and procedures.\nMonitor access control, visitor management systems, CCTV surveillance, alarm systems, and security equipment.\nCoordinate with security providers and contractors regarding security performance and compliance.\nAssist investigations involving security incidents, theft, unauthorized access, and policy violations.\nEnsure compliance with site security requirements and related standards (TAPA, etc.).\n6. Sustainability and Energy Management\nSupport implementation of corporate sustainability initiatives and programs.\nCoordinate sustainability reporting, awareness campaigns, and employee engagement activities.\nFacilitate sustainability projects and stakeholder activities.\nSupport compliance with energy efficiency and conservation requirements.\nTrack and report sustainability and energy performance metrics.\n7. Vendor and Contractor Management\nManage HSSSE requirements for contractors, service providers, and outsourced vendors.\nSupport vendor accreditation, technical evaluations, risk assessments, and contract requirements.\nConduct vendor performance reviews and compliance monitoring.\nParticipate in RFP preparation, technical reviews, and supplier evaluation activities.\nMonitor contractor adherence to permit-to-work and site safety requirements.\n8. Facility, Equipment, and Preventive Maintenance Support\nCoordinate HSSSE-related preventive maintenance programs.\nMonitor fire protection systems, fire-fighting equipment, emergency systems, and environmental facilities.\nCoordinate testing and certification of regulated equipment.\nSupport implementation of facility improvement and compliance projects.\nParticipate in HSSSE-related capital and improvement projects from planning through completion.\n9. Documentation, Reporting, and Administration\nMaintain HSSSE records, permits, licenses, certifications, monitoring data, and regulatory reports.\nPrepare budgets, purchase requests, purchase orders, billing documentation, and expense monitoring.\nProvide timely management reports and KPI updates.\nSupport internal and external audits, certifications, and customer assessments.\nMaintain document control requirements and records management systems.\nBackground and Qualifications\nMinimum five years of experience in a similar role\nMinimum two to three years of experience in a supervisory capacity is an advantage\nDemonstrate working knowledge, comprehension, and application of local regulations on Health, Safety, Security, Sustainability, and Environment\nCertified training in industry Health, Safety, Security, Environment and regulatory standards.
