Job Summary Manage and oversee the development/implementation of Health, Safety, Security, Sustainability, and Environmental practices to ensure alignment with the global DKSH safety policy and local/international safety standards for the assigned site. General Responsibilities 1. HSSSE Management and Compliance Implement and maintain Health, Safety, Security, Sustainability, and Environmental programs and initiatives. Monitor HSSSE KPIs, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, permits, licenses, certifications, and reporting obligations. Maintain and update HSSSE policies, procedures, manuals, work instructions, and documented information. Support audits, inspections, certifications, and customer compliance requirements. Serve as liaison with government agencies including DOLE, DENR, EMB, BFP, PDEA, PNP, LGUs, and other regulatory bodies. 2. Occupational Health and Safety Implement and oversee the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Program. Conduct workplace inspections, hazard identification, risk assessments, and compliance audits.
