This internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with Salesforce leaders, business stakeholders, and support teams while contributing to meaningful work that shapes how a large-scale Salesforce ecosystem is governed, improved, and supported.\nWhat You Will Deliver\nAssist in preparing and publishing Salesforce-related announcements, updates, and release communications.\nSupport awareness and adoption activities for new Salesforce features and enhancements.\nAssist in developing change management materials that improve stakeholder awareness and adoption.\nGather and consolidate user feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives.\nMaintain and organize the Salesforce idea and enhancement repository.\nTrack business improvement ideas, enhancement requests, and innovation initiatives.\nSupport idea review sessions by preparing summaries, analysis, and meeting materials.\nHelp monitor the progress of approved ideas through different stages of evaluation and implementation.\nContribute suggestions on how processes and user experiences can be improved.\nAssist in maintaining Salesforce governance documentation, standards, and operating procedures.\nSupport reviews and updates of process documentation to ensure information remains current.\nHelp track governance actions, decisions, and follow-up activities.\nParticipate in process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing operational effectiveness.\nContribute to maintaining an organized and accessible knowledge base for the Salesforce Practice.\nConsolidate data from support tickets, change requests, enhancement requests, and operational activities.\nPrepare weekly and monthly reports for the Salesforce Practice.\nAssist in backlog analysis and trend identification.\nSupport the preparation of dashboards and management presentations.\nIdentify areas for operational improvement through data analysis and insights.\nWork closely with Salesforce team members and business stakeholders across various functions.\nParticipate in team meetings, workshops, planning sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities.\nPresent findings, recommendations, and improvement ideas when appropriate.\nAdministrative duties and coordination tasks as required.\nWhat You Bring\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Project Management, or related disciplines.\nAble to commit to a minimum internship period of six (6) months, with preference given to candidates available for nine (9) to twelve (12) months.\nBasic familiarity with one or more of the following is advantageous: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams; data analysis and reporting; process documentation; business analysis techniques; project coordination; and Jira or similar work management tools.\nNo prior Salesforce experience is required; a willingness to learn and contribute is more important.\nCurious and eager to learn, organized, and detail-oriented.\nComfortable working with data and reports, proactive, and willing to take initiative.\nA good communicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.\nOpen to new ideas and continuous improvement, and confident working with both technical and business teams.\nMotivated to make a meaningful contribution during the internship.\nNice to have: participation in university projects, hackathons, or student leadership activities; experience organizing events, projects, or community initiatives; interest in digital transformation and enterprise technology; exposure to Canva, Power BI (Business Intelligence), Excel analytics, or similar tools; and familiarity with Salesforce Trailhead.\nWhy Join DKSH\nAt DKSH, we help companies grow in Asia and enable people to perform at their best.
