This role is central to translating supply chain strategy and operational performance into financial outcomes, partnering closely with Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Business Unit leadership across cost management, productivity, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.\nWhat You Will Deliver\nAct as the Finance Business Partner to Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Business Unit leadership, providing financial insight and constructive challenge to support strategic and operational decision-making\nTranslate SCM strategy, operational plans, and business priorities into clear financial implications, targets, and performance measures\nLead financial performance management across key SCM cost areas including warehousing, transportation, inventory, distribution, manpower, and other supply chain operating costs\nLead monthly SCM financial performance reviews, analyzing actual versus budget, forecast, and prior year results, identifying key drivers, risks, and corrective actions\nPartner with SCM and commercial teams to optimize inventory, working capital, and cash conversion while balancing customer service, inventory investment, and profitability\nLead SCM budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, including scenario analysis for volume, capacity, cost, and investment decisions\nDrive cost optimization, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives, including evaluation of business cases, network changes, outsourcing, capacity requirements, and strategic investments\nProvide financial assessment of operational issues such as capacity constraints, service-level performance, rejection and cancellation costs, double handling, and other supply chain inefficiencies\nEstablish and monitor relevant financial and operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), strengthening visibility, accountability, and performance management across SCM\nPrepare and present actionable financial insights to SCM leadership, Business Unit heads, and senior management, highlighting risks, opportunities, and recommended actions\nStrengthen financial governance across SCM, including cost allocation, investment evaluation, business cases, and financial controls\nLead initiatives to improve SCM financial reporting, analytics, automation, and digitalization using SAP, Power BI, Excel, and other relevant business intelligence platforms\nSet clear objectives and priorities aligned with Finance, SCM, and Business Unit strategy, with full accountability for delivery and performance outcomes\nInfluence senior SCM and Business Unit stakeholders through strong financial insight, constructive challenge, and effective communication\nChampion continuous improvement, accountability, and data-driven decision-making across the SCM organization \nWhat You Bring\nDegree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or a related professional qualification is preferred\nMinimum 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), or Controlling, preferably with exposure to logistics, distribution, warehousing, or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and consumer business\nDemonstrated experience partnering with senior SCM and Business Unit stakeholders, with strong commercial and operational understanding\nPrior managerial or team leadership experience is preferred, with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence business decisions\nStrong understanding of Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing, and Distribution operations and their financial drivers\nStrong financial and management accounting knowledge, with the ability to translate operational performance into financial outcomes\nStrong understanding of Profit and Loss (P&L), cost-to-serve, working capital, inventory, cost management, and profitability drivers\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and translate complex data into actionable recommendations\nStrong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, scenario modelling, and business case evaluation\nStrong SAP and financial systems knowledge; experience with supply chain planning or analytics systems is an advantage\nAdvanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint, with the ability to simplify complex financial and operational information for senior management audiences\nStrong project management, change management, and continuous improvement capabilities \nWhy Join DKSH\nAt DKSH, we help companies grow in Asia and enable people to perform at their best.
