About The Role

The Manager, Front Office, Group Treasury is a Singapore-based role that sits at the heart of DKSH's global financial operations, driving strategic liquidity management, foreign exchange (FX) risk mitigation, and treasury transformation across multiple markets. This role directly strengthens DKSH's financial resilience by optimizing cash deployment, executing hedging strategies, and partnering with key stakeholders to elevate governance and treasury capability across the Group.

What You Will Deliver

• Monitor and manage daily cash positions across markets to ensure optimal liquidity and efficient utilization of cash resources
• Partner with Country Finance to analyze cash flow forecasts, lead automation of forecast aggregation and variance reporting, and translate data into actionable recommendations for business stakeholders
• Evaluate working capital and capital structures to support dividend repatriation, cash concentration strategies, and long-term liquidity planning
• Execute foreign exchange (FX) and derivative transactions within approved limits and with approved counterparties, in full alignment with Group policy
• Track FX exposures across markets, evaluate hedge effectiveness, and develop standardized frameworks for mark-to-market (MTM) reviews and scenario stress testingImplement risk management strategies to safeguard the Group's financial interests and report on counterparty performance as part of bank relationship management
• Lead treasury transformation by driving process improvement and automation initiatives, including Treasury Management System (TMS) implementation, requirements gathering, data migration, testing, and rollout
• Support mergers and acquisitions (M&A) integration for markets under coverage and champion the adoption of tools such as Power Query, Power BI, and TMS modules across the team
• Engage with internal stakeholders including Finance, Accounting, Tax, Internal Audit, and Legal, as well as external banking partners and service providers, to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Deliver regular training and guidance to market teams to strengthen treasury capabilities and accelerate local empowermentAdministrative duties and coordination tasks as required

What You Bring

• Degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Minimum 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in treasury or corporate financeHands-on exposure to cash forecasting, liquidity management, or foreign exchange (FX) transactions
• Experience working with banks and auditorsInvolvement in system projects or process improvement initiatives is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to self-learn new tools or processes such as Excel automation, Power Query, and Treasury Management System (TMS) modules, and apply them to improve work efficiency
• Sound knowledge and application of treasury and cash management principles and best practices
• Sound knowledge and application of local and international accounting standards, principles, and practicesStrong research and analytical skills with the ability to present financial insights to non-treasury audiences
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
