You will work closely with leadership teams to build a high-performing sales and operations organization, strengthen leadership capabilities, and foster an engaging and inclusive culture across a large and diverse workforce.\nWhat You Will Deliver\n1.Strategic Business Partnership\nServe as a trusted advisor to Consumer Goods leadership teams on all people-related matters.\nTranslate business priorities into actionable people strategies that support commercial growth and operational excellence.\nLead workforce planning, organizational design, manpower optimization, and transformation initiatives.\nProvide strategic guidance on organization effectiveness, talent risks, and succession pipelines.\n2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning\nPartner with Talent Acquisition to develop hiring strategies and ensure timely fulfillment of critical positions, particularly within Sales and Field Operations.\nDrive workforce planning discussions to ensure optimal staffing levels and productivity.\nMonitor recruitment effectiveness, turnover trends, and workforce analytics to support business decisions.\nSupport leadership teams in attracting, identifying, and retaining top talent.\n3. Talent Management & Capability Development\nLead talent review and succession planning processes for critical and leadership positions.\nPartner with business leaders and Learning & Development teams to identify capability gaps and implement development interventions.\nDrive initiatives focused on strengthening sales capabilities, frontline leadership, and management effectiveness.\nSupport career development and internal mobility programs to build a strong talent pipeline.\n4. Performance Management & Employee Engagement\nDrive a high-performance culture through effective performance management practices, coaching, and continuous feedback.\nPartner with leaders to strengthen employee engagement and organizational health.\nAnalyze engagement survey results and implement action plans to address key opportunities.\nSupport leaders in managing performance improvement initiatives and addressing organizational challenges.\n5. Compensation, Rewards & People Analytics\nPartner with Total Rewards and HR Operations teams to manage salary reviews, promotions, incentive programs, and annual HR cycles.\nProvide recommendations on compensation decisions to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.\nUtilize people analytics and business insights to support workforce and talent decisions.\nMonitor key HR metrics including turnover, absenteeism, productivity, talent movement, and engagement.\n6. Employee Relations & Compliance\nAct as the primary HR advisor on employee relations matters, investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.\nCoach managers in handling employee issues in a fair, consistent, and compliant manner.\nEnsure compliance with labor regulations, company policies, and internal governance standards.\nSupport employee communication and change management efforts across the organization.\n7. HR Program & Change Management\nLead and support key HR initiatives and transformation projects within the Consumer Goods business.\nPartner with HR Centers of Excellence to implement enterprise-wide people programs effectively.\nChampion change management initiatives to support evolving business requirements and market dynamics.\nDrive adoption of digital HR solutions and continuously improve HR processes and employee experience.\nWhat You Bring\nBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related disciplines.\nMinimum 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner role supporting commercial, sales, FMCG, consumer goods, distribution, or related businesses.\nStrong business acumen with an understanding of sales-driven organizations and frontline workforce dynamics.\nProven experience in talent management, organization development, employee relations, and change management.\nSolid knowledge of labor regulations and HR best practices.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.\nExcellent stakeholder management, coaching, communication, and influencing skills.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and matrix organization.\nFluency in English and Vietnamese.\nWhy Join DKSH\nAt DKSH, we are driven by a purpose that goes beyond the ordinary: enriching people's lives.
