This role contributes directly to achieving sales targets and overall business objectives through effective customer engagement, disciplined territory management, and strong in-store merchandising execution.\nWhat You Will Deliver\nSupport the management of day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient use of resources\nImplement targeted action plans, including regular customer calls and visits, to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses and territories\nTrack progress against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and sales plans, prioritizing and reviewing daily sales activities to optimize performance and results\nExecute sales activities for assigned businesses and territories, including product portfolio introductions, marketing plan presentations, order taking, marketing display set-ups, and in-store merchandising\nPrepare quotation and tender prices, delivery terms, and commercial terms in accordance with company policies\nMonitor and report on competitor activities and products through timely and accurate competition reports\nRecord sales data for reporting and tracking purposes, maintaining relevant customer information in appropriate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases\nTrack and collect payments from customers in a timely and accurate manner\nMaintain a customer complaints and issues log, following up diligently to ensure prompt resolution and sustained customer satisfaction\nRespond to customer orders and queries, proactively informing current and prospective customers of promotions and new or upgraded products\nWork with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of products to customers\nSupport internal stakeholders in building and developing relationships with key customers\nDrive self-learning and continuous improvement in the areas of Field Sales and DKSH behaviors as part of ongoing \nWhat You Bring\nDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field; prior sales experience is an added advantage\nExperience in a sales or merchandising role is preferred; candidates with a demonstrated track record in field sales are strongly encouraged to apply\nWillingness and ability to travel across assigned territories; possession of own transport is required\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, influence, and build lasting relationships with customers and stakeholders \nWhy Join DKSH\nAt DKSH, we help companies grow in Asia and enable people to perform at their best.
