You'll play an important role in ensuring products are available when needed while helping deliver excellent service to our customers.\nThis opportunity may suit someone with a couple of years' administration experience looking to build a career in Supply Chain and Procurement, or a recent graduate seeking a hands-on entry point into a global business with strong development opportunities.\nWhat You Will Deliver\nSupport stock purchasing activities using Buyers Guide Reports, sales trends, stock usage data, and supplier lead times to maintain appropriate inventory levels\nCreate and maintain accurate Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP, ensuring documentation is completed and filed in accordance with standard operating procedures\nCoordinate shipping documentation and ensure timely submission to customs brokers and the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team ahead of shipment arrivals\nMaintain accurate material master data in SAP, including new product creation, pricing updates, standard cost maintenance, and new agency setup\nProcess supplier and customs broker invoices, ensuring discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly following goods receipt\nPrepare and distribute weekly inventory and stock reports, including out-of-stock, point-of-sale stock on hand, and goods receipted reporting\nProvide administrative support and assist with the coordination of purchasing activities as required\nWhat You Bring\nPrevious administration, data entry, or coordination experience\nStrong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across internal teams and external partners\nStrong organisational and problem-solving skills\nThe ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines\nConfidence working with systems and large volumes of data\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel\nSAP experience would be beneficial, although training can be provided for the right candidate\nA positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to delivering quality outcomes\nWhy Join DKSH?\nThis role offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure across purchasing, inventory management, logistics, and supply chain operations.
