This role contributes to overall business growth through disciplined territory management, effective product promotion, and the cultivation of strong customer relationships across assigned healthcare channels.\nWhat You Will Deliver\nSupport superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources.\nProvide input to medical sales plans based on experience. Implement action plans to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories.\nTrack self/team progress against key performance indicators and sales plans. Prioritize and review daily sales activities performed.\nCall/visit existing and prospective customers to solicit orders, gain demonstrations and quotation opportunities.\nConduct product demonstrations and emphasize saleable features/customer benefits.\nPrepare quotation/tender prices, delivery and commercial terms in accordance with company policies.\nReport on the activities and products of the competitors.\nRecord sales data for reporting and tracking purposes. Maintain relevant customer data in appropriate customer relationship management databases.\nExecute continuous improvement activities to enhance sales processes, sales plans, customer satisfaction, etc. to improve sales targets.\nMaintain a customer complaints/issues log and follow up on customer issues.\nRespond to customer orders and queries. Inform current and prospective customers of promotions and new/upgraded products.\nWork with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery or installation of products/systems.\nSupport internal stakeholders in relationship development with key customers.\nWhat You Bring\nMinimum Malaysian Certificate of Education (SPM) or Diploma; a Degree in an Allied Health programme is an added advantage\nMinimum one year of working experience in healthcare sales\nBasic knowledge and understanding of the industry, market, competitors, customers, products, and services, with sound selling skills\nBasic knowledge of regulatory requirements for products within assigned territories, including handling procedures, shelf life, and warranties\nStrong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage and influence healthcare customers effectively\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointGood command of English, both written and spoken\nWhy Join DKSH\nAt DKSH, we help companies grow in Asia and enable people to perform at their best.
