This role contributes directly to overall business growth by building strong customer relationships and consistently delivering against sales targets across assigned healthcare channels.\nWhat You Will Deliver\nDrive adoption of assigned medical products within designated territories through product promotion, scientific detailing, and the organization of Continuing Medical Education (CME) programmes for healthcare professionals\nDrive sales promotion to meet sales targets, identifying opportunities and challenges and developing action plans accordingly\nDevelop and present territory sales plans based on market insights and marketing direction, ensuring timely execution of agreed sales activities\nTrack sales plan execution against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and regularly review sales activities with the immediate superior as required\nConduct customer calls and visits to provide product updates, collect orders, support product enlistment in clinics and hospitals, and communicate product features and customer benefits in line with marketing strategies\nGather market intelligence on competitor activities and share relevant insights with marketing and sales leadership to support informed decision-making\nSubmit accurate sales forecasts in a timely manner in accordance with reporting requirements set by the immediate superior\nMaintain and update relevant customer information in the customer master list, identifying customer potential and ensuring consistent data accuracy\nExecute continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales processes, sales planning, customer satisfaction, and overall sales performance\nMaintain a customer complaint and issue log, ensuring timely follow-up until resolution or closure for every case\nRespond promptly to customer orders and enquiries, informing current and prospective customers of promotions, new products, and product upgrades\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely product or system delivery and installation, and support relationship development with key customers \nWhat You Bring\nDegree in Biomedical Science, Bioscience, or a related discipline\nWillingness and ability to travel across assigned territories\nBackground in medical or pharmaceutical sales is an added advantage \nWhy Join DKSH\nAt DKSH, we help companies grow in Asia and enable people to perform at their best.
