This role is central to maintaining operational accuracy, service level compliance, and continuous improvement across the supply chain function.\nWhat You Will Deliver\nOversee the efficient operation of logistics coordination, material management, and inventory handling in collaboration with third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse providers\nManage material code creation and inventory handling with the 3PL warehouse, ensuring data accuracy and consistent operational efficiency\nCoordinate with the outbound team and Distribution Center for goods return management, and prepare accurate goods return reports\nMaintain List Price, create Salesman Codes, create and update Purchase Info Records (PIR), and manage cost calculations within the SAP system\nLiaise with internal and external stakeholders on issues related to 3PL operations, ensuring timely and effective resolution\nSupport the preparation of monthly operational Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports to track and communicate business performance\nProcess procurement requests by preparing Management Papers, raising Purchase Requisitions, and managing subsequent procurement processes including Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts, and payment completion\nManage invoice optimization and verification in the Readsoft verify systemProcess invoices via GAPIM, ensuring correct currency, payment terms, invoice references, and invoice dates\nFollow up and resolve pending workflows with the country Person-in-Charge (PIC) in a timely manner\nEnsure data accuracy and deliver invoice processing services within agreed quality standards, service levels, and KPI targets as defined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA)\nContinuously identify process issues and opportunities for improvement to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness\nCarry out all reporting requirements accurately and within specified timelines \nWhat You Bring\nBachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred\n2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role\nStrong attention to detail and analytical skills with a good understanding of transportation and warehouse operational processes\nSAP knowledge in Materials Management (MM) and Warehouse Management (WM) modules\nGood proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint \nWhy Join DKSH\nAt DKSH, we help companies grow in Asia and enable people to perform at their best.
