This role makes a meaningful contribution to DKSH's mission of enriching lives by connecting healthcare professionals and institutions with innovative medical solutions through disciplined territory management, expert product knowledge, and strong customer relationships.\n\nWhat You Will Deliver\nSupport superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources.\nProvide input to medical sales plans based on experience. Implement action plans to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories.\nTrack self/team progress against key performance indicators and sales plans. Prioritize and review daily sales activities performed.\nCall/visit existing and prospective customers to solicit orders, gain demonstrations and quotation opportunities.\nConduct product demonstrations and emphasize saleable features/customer benefits.\nPrepare quotation/tender prices, delivery and commercial terms in accordance with company policies.\nReport on the activities and products of the competitors.\nRecord sales data for reporting and tracking purposes. Maintain relevant customer data in appropriate customer relationship management databases.\nExecute continuous improvement activities to enhance sales processes, sales plans, customer satisfaction, etc. to improve sales targets.\nMaintain a customer complaints/issues log and follow up on customer issues.\nRespond to customer orders and queries. Inform current and prospective customers of promotions and new/upgraded products.\nWork with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery or installation of products/systems.\nSupport internal stakeholders in relationship development with key customers.\n\nWhat You Bring\nDemonstrate basic knowledge and understanding of the industry/ market/ competitors/ customers/ products/ services and selling skills.\nPossess basic knowledge of regulatory requirements of products within assigned territories, including handling procedures, shelf life, warranties, etc\n Willing to travel outstation and cover more than 1 area.\nStrong communication and negotiation skills.\nDemonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint).\nGood command in English, both written and spoken\n\nWhy Join DKSH\nAt DKSH, we help companies grow in Asia and enable people to perform at their best.
