This role is a critical enabler of business continuity and contributes directly to DKSH's digital transformation agenda and SAP application roadmap.\nWhat You Will Deliver\nProvide end-to-end application support for SAP Materials Management (MM) and SAP Process Integration/Process Orchestration (PI/PO) modules, ensuring consistent system stability and uninterrupted business operations\nAnalyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions that align with business objectives and Group IT standards\nConfigure, test, and optimize SAP MM processes to drive operational efficiency and process consistency across the organization\nDesign, monitor, and troubleshoot SAP PI/PO interfaces and message mappings to ensure reliable and accurate system integration\nInvestigate and resolve production issues through structured root cause analysis and timely implementation of corrective actions\nManage SAP change requests, System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, transport management, and deployment processes\nCollaborate with business users, functional teams, global IT, and technical teams to deliver enhancements and project outcomes with quality and on schedule\nPrepare and maintain functional specifications, technical documentation, and support procedures; deliver user training when required\nEnsure compliance with IT policies, audit requirements, security controls, and application governance standards\nSupport business continuity planning, disaster recovery activities, and application risk management initiatives\nBuild strong relationships with business stakeholders, regional IT teams, and external partners to promote collaboration and customer-centric service delivery\nContribute recommendations and subject matter expertise to support decision-making and continuous improvement across the IT function\nAdministrative duties and coordination tasks as required\nWhat You Bring\nBachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline\nMinimum 5 years of SAP application support, implementation, or consulting experience, including strong hands-on expertise in SAP Materials Management (MM) and SAP Process Integration/Process Orchestration (PI/PO)\nStrong functional and technical knowledge of SAP applications and related technologies\nProven hands-on experience in SAP MM configuration, testing, support, and process optimization and proficiency in SAP PI/PO administration, interface design, message mapping, monitoring, troubleshooting, and support\nWorking knowledge of integration technologies including Structured Query Language (SQL), Extensible Markup Language (XML), Intermediate Document (IDoc), Remote Function Call (RFC), Web Services, and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs)\nUnderstanding of SAP integration with Financial Accounting and Controlling (FI/CO), Sales and Distribution (SD), Production Planning (PP), and Warehouse Management/Extended Warehouse Management (WM/EWM) modules\nExperience with SAP S/4HANA migration is an advantage\nKnowledge of SAP Integration Suite and Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) is an advantage\nExperience with cross-functional SAP modules such as SD, WM, EWM, or FI is an advantage\nKnowledge of ABAP debugging, interface troubleshooting, and technical analysis is an advantage\nProficiency in written and spoken English\nBased in Thailand or available to work from Thailand\n\nBe legally authorized to work in Thailand without visa sponsorship\nWhy Join DKSH\nAt DKSH, we help companies grow in Asia and enable people to perform at their best.
