In this role, you will deliver outstanding customer service to Scientific Solutions customers through effective and efficient co-ordination of service jobs.\nWhat You Will Deliver\nProactively monitor customer jobs, manage any delays, and enter all customer jobs into the CRM system efficiently and accurately\nOrder parts and despatch to customers/engineers as required\nWork with service team to ensure Pre-Delivery Checks are completed to allow prompt despatch of equipment\nGenerate Service Quotes and provide accurate information for parts and job pricing\nLiaise with internal stakeholders/ suppliers and customer’s\nLogging of jobs as per contractual obligations\nClosing and invoicing of completed jobs in a timely manner\nManagement and allocation of reports such as - future PM Schedule / engineer stock reports\nEfficient management of service calls and requests or queries from customers and staff.\nWhat You Bring\nHigh quality organisation and prioritisation skills\nAbility to multitask & work autonomously\n2+ years Customer Service and administrative skills\nProficient skills in Microsoft office (Word & Excel)\nAbility to work in a face paced environment meeting customer and business expectations\nA can-do attitude\nExcellent communication skills (both written and verbal)\nWhy Join DKSH\nAt DKSH, we help companies grow in Asia and enable people to perform at their best.
