This role bridges data science innovation with strategic business outcomes, enabling DKSH to make smarter, data-driven decisions at scale.\nWhat You Will Deliver\nDevelop, validate, and deploy machine learning models that address real business challenges and deliver measurable results.\nConduct exploratory data analysis and feature engineering using large, complex datasets to surface actionable insights.\nBuild predictive models leveraging statistical and machine learning techniques to strengthen data-driven decision-making.\nDevelop optimization models that enhance operational efficiency and support business planning.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical, highimpact analytical solutions.\nPresent findings and recommendations clearly and compellingly to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nMonitor deployed model performance and retrain models to sustain accuracy and relevance over time.\nContribute to Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI (GenAI) initiatives, including Large Language Model (LLM)-based applications and intelligent agent development.\nPartner with data engineers to productionize models and automate data pipelines for scalable, reliable deployment.\nUphold and advance data science best practices, governance standards, and documentation of methodologies, assumptions, and model performance. \nWhat You Bring\nBachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.\n0 to 5 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Analytics, or a related field; fresh graduates with strong internship or project experience are encouraged to apply.\nProficiency in Python and Structured Query Language (SQL) for data analysis and model development.\nHands-on experience with machine learning frameworks including Scikit-learn, XGBoost, and LightGBM.\nStrong capability in data manipulation using Pandas and NumPy.
