The role provides application support, incident resolution, user guidance, testing, documentation, and coordination with regional IT, business users, and vendors to ensure stable application operations and effective business process support.\nWhat You Will Deliver\nProvide day-to-day support for business applications, including incident analysis, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user guidance.\nMonitor application performance and availability, escalate critical issues, and follow up until resolution.\nCoordinate with business users, regional IT teams, vendors, and support partners for application changes, enhancements, and problem resolution.\nSupport user access management, role assignment, and application configuration in line with company policies and control requirements.\nParticipate in testing activities, including user acceptance testing, regression testing, and post-implementation validation.\nPrepare and maintain application support documentation, user guides, work instructions, and support records.\nAssist in application rollout, system upgrades, data validation, training, and business process improvement initiatives.\nEnsure incidents, service requests, and change requests are handled according to IT service management processes and agreed timelines.\nWhat You Bring\nGood understanding of business applications, application support processes, incident management, change management, and user access administration.\nKnowledge of ERP, CRM, DMS, reporting, workflow, or other enterprise application environments is preferred.\nBasic knowledge of databases, SQL queries, application interfaces, data validation, and reporting concepts.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nAble to work with local business users, regional IT teams, and external vendors in a structured and service-oriented manner.\nAdditional certification or training in IT service management, application support, database/reporting, or project coordination is an advantage.\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.\nExperience supporting business users, coordinating with vendors, handling service requests/incidents, preparing documentation, and participating in testing or system rollout activities.\nExperience in distribution, logistics, sales, finance, supply chain, or shared service application environments is an advantage.\nWhy Join DKSH\nAt DKSH, we are driven by a purpose that goes beyond the ordinary: enriching people's lives.
