In this role, you will deliver scalable, high-quality outcomes that directly enable business performance across the consumer goods and healthcare sectors.\nWhat You Will Deliver\nLead the development and enhancement of SAP and SAP S/4HANA FICO applications in alignment with DKSH's architectural standards and delivery methodologies.\nAnalyze business processes and requirements to design and implement end-to-end SAP and SAP S/4HANA FICO solutions.\nDesign custom solutions including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEF) to address specific business needs.\nOptimize and troubleshoot existing SAP solutions to improve system performance and scalability.\nSupport deployment and post-go-live activities to maintain system integrity and continuity of operations.\nCollaborate with functional and technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective, sustainable solutions.\nDrive continuous improvement and innovation across SAP applications and related processes.\nStay current with the latest SAP technologies and best practices to bring relevant insights to the team.\nAdministrative duties and coordination tasks as required.\nWhat You Bring\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.\nMinimum 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP or SAP S/4HANA FICO.\nFunctional knowledge and practical experience across SAP or SAP S/4HANA FICO and multiple project methodologies.\nSolid understanding of finance business operations and integration with SAP modules including Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), Financial Accounting (FI), Warehouse Management (WM), and Production Planning (PP).\nDemonstrated ability to design custom RICEF solutions and optimize SAP implementations for performance and scalability.\nStrong analytical skills with a proactive and structured approach to problem-solving.\nExcellent written and spoken communication skills in English, with strong active listening and comprehension abilities.\nCollaborative team player who can work effectively across functional and technical teams.\nAdaptable and open to change, with a growth mindset that embraces innovation and knowledge sharing.\nWhy Join DKSH\nAt DKSH, we help companies grow in Asia and enable people to perform at their best.
