This role contributes directly to business success by managing key account relationships, delivering on commercial targets, and enabling sustainable long-term growth.\nJob Responsibilities:\nManage and grow the sales portfolio across assigned key accounts\n\nDevelop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key accounts to align on mutual growth strategies and long-term objectives\n\nLead and drive promotional programs to achieve business targets and maximize growth opportunities within assigned key accounts\n\nTranslate business insights and strategies into compelling presentations and narratives that resonate with both internal stakeholders and clients\n\nPlan, manage, and control trade spending and promotional funds\n\nIdentify, evaluate, and manage business opportunities and leads to secure a strong sales pipeline aligned with short- and long-term business goals\n\nBuild and maintain strong relationships and open communication with customers to foster trust and long-term partnership\n\nRequirements:\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field\n\nMinimum 3 to 4 years of experience with knowledge of key account management / key channels structure\n\nProven experience in developing and executing Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key retail or trade accounts\n\nExperience in \"Buyer\" or \"Category\" of FMCG is definite an asset\n\nStrong storytelling ability with the capacity to translate ideas and insights into clear, impactful presentations for business and client audiences\n\nFMCG business development experience is an added advantage\n\nResults-oriented, data-sensitive, and equipped with strong analytical skills\n\nStrong communication and presentation skills\n\nSee What You Can Do!\nAt DKSH, we offer you breadth that accelerates growth, trust that lets you lead, and purpose that connects your work to the things people depend on every day.
