About the Role

The Supervisor, Outlet Operations is responsible for supporting the efficient and consistent management of outlet operations, ensuring high standards of customer service and sales performance are maintained. This role contributes directly to the achievement of business targets and the delivery of an exceptional customer experience.

What You Will Deliver

• Support business performance by maintaining a comprehensive understanding of daily and monthly sales results, contributing to the achievement of maximum business outcomes
• Uphold consistently high standards of customer service and gift item production by regularly monitoring, checking, and maintaining agreed service and quality standards
• Safeguard operational integrity by ensuring all stock management and cash and credit card handling procedures are strictly adhered to, with any discrepancies promptly investigated and appropriately resolved
• Foster a compliant and disciplined team environment by ensuring all team members adhere to company policies, rules, and regulations
• Support the planning and execution of marketing and promotional activities to drive outlet visibility and sales performance
• Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required

What You Bring

• Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or Diploma in Food and Beverage (F&B) or a relevant qualification
• At least one year of working experience in a related field
• A dynamic, self-motivated, and fast-learning approach, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Flexibility and willingness to work shifts, public holidays, and weekends
• A positive working attitude with a professional and pleasant disposition
