You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and data platforms, ensuring that data is trusted, accessible, and actionable.\nWorking in a decentralized international environment, you will independently manage reporting initiatives, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to the evolution of our data landscape. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build expertise in analytics, reporting, and automation while gaining exposure to various business processes within an international organization.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nReporting & Analytics\n\nOwn and maintain selected business reporting domains\nTranslate business processes and stakeholder needs into reporting solutions\nDesign, build, and improve Power BI reports and semantic models\nAnalyze business performance and proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities\n\nData Governance & Quality\n\nValidate consistency between operational systems, Snowflake, and reporting outputs\nInvestigate data quality issues and coordinate resolution with business and technical stakeholders\nContribute to establishing data standards, documentation, and governance practices\nMaintain documentation of business rules, KPI definitions, and reporting assets\n\nBusiness Partnering\n\nAct as first point of contact for assigned reporting domains\nChallenge and refine business requirements\nFacilitate discussions between business stakeholders and technical teams\nSupport management decision-making through analysis and insights\n\nContinuous Improvement\n\nIdentify opportunities for automation and process optimization\nEvaluate new technologies and analytical approaches\nContribute to AI and data-driven initiatives\n\nWhat makes you stand out:\n\nEducation & Experience\n\nBachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field\n2-4 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, Reporting, or a similar field (internships and student projects are also considered)\nExperience working directly with business stakeholders\nExperience translating business requirements into analytical solutions\n\nTechnical Skills\n\nBasic to intermediate SQL skills\nGood Excel knowledge\nExperience with Power BI, Tableau or another data visualization tool\nBasic knowledge of Python is a plus\nInterest in automation tools and data technologies\nWillingness to learn systems such as Snowflake, dbt, or similar platforms\nETL/ELT understanding is a plus\n\nSoft Skills\n\nAnalytical mindset and attention to detail\nStrong problem-solving skills\nProactive
