Otherwise, implement troubleshooting activities to rectify any noted defects.\nReports to Senior Facilities Engineer any noted defects on the equipment, incidents and action taken to rectify any noted defects.\nImplements instructions from Facilities Engineer on matters that require immediate attention.\nOperates and monitors the operation of the water distribution system, fire protection system, auxiliary systems, exhaust system, air conditioning and cooling system, lighting, etc.\nMonitors maintenance and housekeeping activities.\nAttends to tenant's concerns or requests for assistance inside the office.\nResponds quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.\nAct as Pollution Control Officer and Safety Officer.\nComplies with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agencies, and company directives related to building operations and work safety.\nCoordinate work with outside contractors as to building access, adherence to safety rules, regulations, and precautions.\nRecommends projects for the development of the property.\nPerforms other task as may be required.\nSpearhead every LEED re-certification and new application process for all LBL Properties.\nAdvocate ideas/projects for sustainability, particularly ones that may contribute and applicable to LEED Certification for all LBL Properties.\nConduct and document regular air quality testing, monitor and ensure results are up to standards, suggest corrective actions when necessary.\nEnsure and comply all required documentation/permits for LEED re-certifications and new applications for all LBL Properties.\nKeep an organized documentation and data monitoring of Waste Disposal, Water Consumption and Electricity Consumption all LBL Properties.\nConduct walkthroughs and inspections, initiate to attend necessary meetings, seminars and trainings to be updated and complaint in every LEED Certification for all LBL Properties.\nConduct in-depth studies for a better understanding of LEED Certification.\nCollaborate and coordinate with Sustainability Consultant for all LEED.\nManage end to end procurement process including coordination with contractors and vendors to ensure supplies and services are within Terms of Reference.\nQualifications\nGraduate of Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering\nAt least 3 years of experience as facilities engineer or in a similar role\nExperience in AutoCAD and MS Office\nKnowledge of the building process and construction principles\nKnowledge of relevant regulations and building codes\nGood verbal and written communication skills\nTroubleshooting and problem-solving skills\nProject management skills\nBasic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH)\nBasic Training Course for Pollution Control Officer\nWith experience in Sustainability Program\nAmenable to work in Calle Industria, Bagumbayan, Quezon
