They are also mindful of safety in a manufacturing warehouse environment.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nOperate on the production line with consistency, speed, and accuracy.\nEnsure production requirements and quality standards are consistently met.\nVerify product accuracy using Production Dump Sheets.\nReport quality issues to the Line Lead or Warehouse Manager as needed.\nSelect and stage orders accurately for processing or shipment.\nOperate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.\nPerform repetitive tasks related to seed or product handling and packaging.\nBuild and wrap pallets securely for storage or distribution.\nAttach accurate labels and tags to products and packages in compliance with standards.\nWork collaboratively with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.\nFollow all verbal and written instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety protocols.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.\nAssist with other duties as assigned.\nQualifications:\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to follow procedures accurately.\nEffective time management and ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume setting.\nBasic math and reading comprehension skills.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nCommitment to workplace safety and product quality.\nDependable.\nAbility to perform repetitive tasks.\nAbility to move and/or lift up to 50lbs on a continuous basis.\nAbility to work overtime as needed.\nPreferred:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nMinimum of one year of warehouse experience.\nExperience with order selection and forklift operation.\nCompensation and Benefits:\nThis position comes with a competitive compensation plan that includes a base wage, health and wellness benefit options, retirement savings plan with company contribution, vacation, and personal days.\nWhy work for DLF?\nWe do good things!
