centralised systems to ensure accurate and timely reporting.\nImplement digital solutions for on-site data collection, reducing manual paperwork and enabling immediate visibility.\nUse dashboards and performance indicators to monitor planned vs. actual progress and address deviations proactively.\nValidate subcontractor claims and progress using reliable verification processes and field data.\nStandardise reporting across daily site activities to maintain consistency and transparency.\nStakeholder Management\nFacilitate regular project review meetings to update stakeholders on progress, challenges, and upcoming milestones.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, authorities, and partners to ensure alignment and trust.\nEstablish clear Requirements\nExperience\nMinimum of 10 years of experience working in Electrical Systems (LV/HV, power distribution, lighting, ELV, and related systems), including project management and engineering roles.\nEducational Qualification\nDegree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent qualification.\nTechnical Expertise\nProficiency in electrical systems installation, testing, and commissioning (e.g., power distribution boards, cabling works, lighting control, ELV/BMS systems).\nStrong technical knowledge in electrical design, installation, and maintenance.\nSoftware Proficiency\nProficient in using relevant software tools and applications, with a strong understanding of technical drawings and project management software.\nIndustry Knowledge\nIn-depth understanding of electrical engineering principles, industry standards, and local regulations.\nProject Management Skills\nFamiliarity with project management methodologies, tools, and techniques to ensure successful project execution.\nLeadership & Management\nStrong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team, ensuring collaboration and high performance.\nCommunication & Interpersonal Skills\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.\nAnalytical & Problem-Solving\nStrong
