Over the last 6 years our team size has grown from 3 team members to 20! In the last year alone, the team has overhauled our benefits & wellness offerings, completed a compensation maturity project, have expanded support internationally, implemented a new applicant tracking system, a new engagement survey tool, streamlined recruiting and onboarding practices and are currently in the middle of a performance management re-vamp. As a member of this fast-growing team, there will be many opportunities to take on new challenges and initiatives.\nPosition Summary:\nAs a Talent Acquisition Intern at DLR Group, you will support our recruiting team during a critical period of high-volume intern and early-career hiring. This role offers hands-on experience in recruiting operations, candidate evaluation, talent research, workforce planning, and employer branding while partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Partners. You will play an important role in delivering an exceptional candidate experience, improve hiring efficiency, and building proactive talent pipelines to support future hiring needs. This is an excellent opportunity for a student interested in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Business, Communications, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a related field who wants to gain practical exposure to full-cycle recruiting and talent strategy.\nThis is an in-person internship with an expected commitment of 20-40 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate your school schedule and academic commitments. We look forward to connecting with you and learning more about your interest in Talent Acquisition.\nWhat You Will Do:\nInternship Hiring Support- \nReview and organize applications across internship requisitions, identifying candidates who may be a fit for multiple opportunities.\nSupport candidate tracking, timely application reviews, and candidate communications in partnership with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring teams.\nHelp improve consistency and efficiency throughout the internship hiring process.\nRecruiting Operations & Reporting- \nMaintain intern hiring trackers and recruiting reports, monitoring hiring activity and progress by office, discipline, and requisition.\nTrack key recruiting milestones and identify positions that may require additional recruiting support.\nContribute to recruiting projects and process improvement initiatives that enhance team effectiveness.\nEarly Career Recruiting & Candidate Experience- \nAssist with resume reviews and candidate screening for internship and early-career opportunities, with appropriate training and recruiter guidance.\nSupport campus recruiting events and other early-career hiring initiatives as needed.\nHelp deliver a positive, consistent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.\nWhat You Will Learn:\nThis internship provides hands-on exposure to:\nFull-cycle recruiting and applicant tracking systems.\nResume evaluation, candidate screening, and talent sourcing strategies.\nWorkforce planning, talent pipelines, and recruiting strategy.\nRecruiting metrics, data analysis, and reporting.\nStakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.\nRecruiting operations and process improvement.\nRequired Qualifications:\nCurrently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.\nAbility to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nInterest in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Recruiting, or Business Operations.\nExperience with research, data analysis, or reporting projects.\nFamiliarity with LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems, or recruiting processes.\nInterest in architecture, engineering, construction, design, or professional services.\nApplicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
