You will be the first line of service, helping to resolve questions and issues that the customer may have. If you enjoy educating clients and assisting them with their day-to-day challenges we want to talk to you.\nWhat you'll do\nProvide first call resolution, or appropriate escalation, on issues that channel in via phone, chat, e-mail, and screen share tools\nFollow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution\nCommunicate and coordinate any escalated issues with internal departments and field representatives\nMake independent decisions on behalf of the company while exercising proper discretion and good judgement in your assignments\nEnsure customer interactions, details of inquiries, comments, as well as action taken to resolve are recorded properly in Salesforce\nPreserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products and services, providing feedback to assist with maintaining our knowledgebase \nQualifications\nProven working experience in providing Customer Support for 1-3 years \nExcellent listening and communication skills, professionalism, team player\nAbility to tactfully handle trying situations patiently and professionally\nMust be flexible with scheduling, nights, weekends, holidays\nDLRdmv offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package including life, medical, dental, vision, and more.\nDLRdmv is an EEO Employer.
